SMS Bundles

Overview

By default, members can receive notifications via email and a push notification to the Teamer mobile app.

For members not using the app or opted in to receive email, the team can use SMS.

An SMS Bundle can be purchased by any individual with a Teamer account and then shared with a team they are associated with.

There are multiple SMS credit options:

• 100 SMS credits
• 500 SMS credits
• 1000 SMS credits

Pricing may vary per currency. View your Teamer account for more details.

Purchase an SMS Bundle

SMS credits can be purchased and allocated to a team while using a web browser. There isn't an option to manage the Teamer Premium subscription using the mobile app.

Using a web browser

Step-by-step guide: 

• Log into Teamer
• Click your email address or mobile number 
• Click 'Add texts bundle' 
• Select the number of texts you wish to purchase
• Enter your payment information 
• Click 'Buy now' 

Authorise a team to use SMS Bundle

SMS credits can be purchased and allocated to a team while using a web browser. There isn't an option to manage the Teamer Premium subscription using the mobile app.

Using a web browser

Step-by-step guide: 

• Log into Teamer
• Click your email address or mobile number
• Click 'Edit text approvals' 
• Click the tickbox next to the team name you wish to authorise 
• Click 'Done' 

Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

• The team doesn't have a bank card
  • The only method of payment available for Teamer Premium is a bank card via Stripe. If the team doesn't have a bank card, a team admin can pay with their card and get the payments reimbursed by the team/club.
