Register an account
Using the mobile app
Step-by-step guide:
- Download the free Teamer app from the App Store/Google Play Store
- Load the app on your phone
- Tap "Join today, free"
- Enter your details and tap "Register"
Once you have registered an account, you can see any teams already linked to your account, or create a new team.
Using a web browser
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to teamer.net
- Click 'Free Sign Up'
- Enter your details and click 'Register'
Once you have registered an account, you can see any teams already linked to your account, or create a new team.
Join a team
All teams on Teamer are private, they are not available to the public. To join a team, you need to have been added by an admin of the team, or be sent an invite from an admin.
Troubleshooting
This section covers common troubleshooting queries:
- Unable to register an account due to email address or phone number in use
- Your phone number of email address are unique identifiers and can only be associated with one Teamer user account.
- If your details are already in use, try logging into Teamer with those details and continue using that account. Alternatively, you can remove the account if it's no longer required. Once removed, you can register a new account with your details.
