Overview
From time-to-time you may need to update the teams on your account. If you need to be associated with a new team, you should contact the admin of the that team so they can add you.
If you need to leave a team, you can do this in your account using the mobile app or a web browser.
Leave a team
Using the mobile app
Step-by-step guide:
- Load the app on your phone
- Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen (3 horizontal lines)
- Tap 'My Teams'
- Tap on tap you wish to leave
- Tap 'Settings" at the bottom of the screen
- Tap 'View profile'
- Tap the options icon in the top right corner of the screen (3 dots)
- Tap 'Delete'
Using a web browser
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to teamer.net
- Login to your account
- Click 'Dashboard' at the top of the page
- Click the cog icon next to the team profile name for the team you wish to leave
- Click 'Leave team'
- Click 'OK' to confirm the change
The team will be removed from your account.
Please note:
If you are the only admin of the team, you will need see an option to leave the team. You should add another member as an admin so you can leave the team.
Alternatively, you can delete the team if you are certain the team no longer needs it.
Leave a club
The Teamer Club platform is not supported on the mobile app (from version v7.0.0 onwards).
If your account is linked to a club on Teamer, you would need to contact an admin of the club so they can remove you as a member.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team directly for assistance.
Troubleshooting

- I removed a team from my account by mistake
- If the team still exists, you should contact an admin of the team so they can add you to the team as a member.
- Once added, the team should show on the My Teams screen on the mobile app and the Dashboard page of your account in a web browser.
