About the Teamer closure
We're choosing to focus on our Pitchero and PitcheroGPS platforms going forward — Teamer no longer fits our long-term strategy.
The Teamer platform will close on Monday 5th October 2026. From that date, user accounts and teams/clubs will no longer be available to use. All users were notified by email on Wednesday 5th August 2026.
You'll have full access to Teamer right up until Monday 5th October 2026.
No immediate action is required — you can keep using Teamer as normal until Monday 5th October 2026. All Teamer users are also being offered an exclusive migration deal to join Pitchero; fill in the form above to get your unique discount code.
Yes — you can keep managing members, events and payments via the app or a web browser right up until closure. In the run-up to Monday 5th October 2026, a few features will be switched off first:
- New Teamer mobile app downloads
- New user registrations
- New team creations
- New payment provider accounts linked
All Teamer Premium subscriptions will be cancelled during September 2026 to prevent any further billing into October. Team admins can also cancel their subscription at any time via a web browser — see this guide for more information.
Your team and its data remain accessible as normal until the closure date, Monday 5th October 2026. After that date, team and user data will no longer be accessible.
Team information can be viewed via the Teamer app or a web browser, but there's currently no built-in export tool to make your events and members list portable to another system. If you're moving to a new platform, it's worth asking their team directly for migration advice.
We've already emailed everyone to let them know Teamer will close on Monday 5th October 2026 — your team can keep using Teamer as normal until then.
If your team's no longer active, you can delete your team from Teamer or close your Teamer account.

The subscription will continue at the normal rate, but you are not tied into any contract or minimum term. If you don't want to stay on the chosen package after 6 months, you can cancel the subscription from your account and you won't be charged.
