This article provides information on sending prompts for an upcoming event.

Overview

This section allows you to manage who will be playing in the event by adding members to the lineup. You can also add other members to the standby list if one of the members in the lineup is unable to attend.

Add members to an event

Using the mobile app

Step-by-step guide:

  • Load the mobile app on your phone
  • Tap on the team (if your account is linked to multiple teams)
  • Tap on the event
  • Tap 'Member selection'
  • Tap 'Team' or 'Standby' for individual members
    • Or tap 'Add all members' to add members of the team to the event lineup

Using a web browser

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your team page 
  • Click 'Events'
  • Click on the event
  • Click 'Notifications/Lineup
  • You can see a list of team members on the left-hand side of the page
  • Click the 'Add to lineup' icon on the members you wish to select in the lineup
  • Click the 'Add to standby' icon on the members you wish to select in the standby

Remove members from an event

Using the mobile app

Step-by-step guide:

  • Load the mobile app on your phone
  • Tap on the team (if your account is linked to multiple teams)
  • Tap on the event
  • Tap 'Member selection'
  • Tap 'Team' or 'Standby' towards the top of the screen
  • Tap 'Team' or 'Standby' for the member you wish to remove from the team or standby list

The member will be removed from the team or standby list for the event

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your team page 
  • Click 'Events'
  • Click on the event
  • Click 'Notifications/Lineup
  • Click the settings cog icon next to the member you wish to remove from the event
  • Click 'Back to squad' in the dropdown options

Prompt members for their attendance

  • Load the mobile app on your phone
  • Tap on the team (if your account is linked to multiple teams)
  • Tap on the event
  • Tap 'Member selection'
  • Tap 'Team'
  • Tap 'Send notifications'

Using a web browser

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your team page 
  • Click 'Events'
  • Click on the event
  • Click 'Notifications/Lineup
  • Click 'Send Now'

View member responses

Using the mobile app

  • Load the mobile app on your phone
  • Tap on the team (if your account is linked to multiple teams)
  • Tap on the event
  • Tap 'Member selection'
  • Tap 'Team'
  • View the status of each member (the statuses are; Accepted, Declined, and No response)

A summary of how many members selected have accepted/declined/not responded is also shown on the Event Details screen.

Tip:

If a member has declined the event invite, they are asked to provide a reason. To see the decline reason as an admin, follow the step-by-step guide above, then tap on the member's current event status. The decline reason is listed below their name towards the bottom of the screen.

  • Go to your team page 
  • Click 'Events'
  • Click on the event
  • Click 'Notifications/Lineup
  • View the status of each member (the statuses are; Accepted, Declined, and No response)
    • A member's decline reason is listed under the member's name and decline status

A summary of how many members selected have accepted/declined/not responded is also shown towards the top of the event page.

  • Tap on the team (if your account is linked to multiple teams)
  • Tap on the event
  • Tap 'Member selection'
  • Tap 'Team'
  • Tap the member's current event status
  • Tap 'Change to accepted' or 'Change to declined' towards the bottom of the screen
