This article provides information on closing your Teamer account

Overview

We're sorry to hear you wish to close your Teamer account. If you have left a team but are joining a new team, you may not need to close your Teamer account completely. Instead, the admin of the team could add you as a member.

Alternatively, you can close your Teamer account via your account settings. Please see the "Close my account" section below.

Close my account

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to teamer.net
  • Login to your account
  • Click on your email address/phone number on the right-hand side of the page
  • Click 'Edit profile' in the drop-down menu
  • Click 'Delete account' at the top right corner of the page
  • Check the box to confirm in the overlay to confirm
  • Click 'Delete my account'

Please note:

  • Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
  • If you are the only admin of a team on Teamer, closing your account will also remove the team from Teamer.
    • If you have left the team but the team wishes to continue using Teamer, make sure you transfer your team admin access to another member before closing your account.
