Manage teams linked to my Teamer account

This article provides information on managing teams linked to your Teamer account in a web browser.

Overview

Your Teamer account can have multiple profiles covering every team you (and/or your child) is linked to.

If you have left a team, you can remove the team from your account. Alternatively, you can ask an admin of the team to manually remove you from the team.

Remove a team from my account

Step-by-step guide:

• Log into Teamer via teamer.net
• Click 'Dashboard' 
• Scroll down to 'My Teams'         
• Find the team you wish to remove from your account
• Click the grey 'Cog' icon below the team name
• Click 'Leave team'
• Click 'OK' in the overlay to confirm

The screen will refresh and your account will no longer be associated with the team.

If you have removed your account from the team by mistake, you would need to contact the admin of the team to re-add you.

Remove a club from my account

If your account is associated with a club on Teamer, there isn't an option to remove the club from your account via the My Clubs section.

There are two options:

1. Contact an admin of the club to manually remove you from the club on Teamer
2. Contact our support team directly (providing the email address and/or phone number you use on Teamer, and the name of the club you wish to be removed from your account.

Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

• Unable to remove a team from my account
  • Ensure you are logged into the correct account and can see the team you wish to remove in the My Teams section of your account dashboard page.
  • If you are an admin of the team, ensure there is at least one other admin of the team before you try to leave the team.
  • If you still need assistance, please contact our support team directly (providing the email address and/or phone number you currently use on Teamer and the name of the team(s) you wish to be removed from your account.

• I've removed a team from my account by mistake
  • If you have removed your account from the team by mistake, you would need to contact the admin of the team to re-add you.
  • Our support team cannot add you back to the team. The action needs to be completed by an admin of the team specifically.
