This article provides information on managing the details in your Teamer account.

Manage my account information

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to teamer.net
  • Login to your account
  • Click on your email address/phone number on the right-hand side of the page
  • Click 'Edit profile' in the drop-down menu
  • View/update your details
  • Click 'Save'

Top tip:

If you are unable to update the email address or phone number on your account, it's likely that it's registered with a different account.

You can merge the two accounts together. See the

Manage my child's information

You can use one account on Teamer to manage every team you (or your child is in). You should enter your own details in your account settings (your name, email address, and year of birth).

When the team admin adds your child to a team, they can add you as a contact for your child. Once added, your child's team profile should show with their name in the My Teams section of the account dashboard page. This process can be replicated for multiple team profiles for your child(ren).

If you need to update your child's details, click their name below the team name in the My Teams section, then click 'Edit' to edit your child's details.

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to teamer.net
  • Login to your  account
  • Next to your email address or mobile number, you will see a 'Bell' icon
  • Click the 'Bell' icon 

Merge two or more accounts

An individual should only have one Teamer account. If your team profiles are split across different accounts (i.e. different email addresses and/or phone numbers that you manage), there is a tool to move the team profile(s) from one account to another.

Step-by-step guide:

  • Log into the account you don't wish to keep
  • Click 'Dashboard
  • Scroll down to 'My Teams'         
  • Click on the team profile name (this could be your/your child's name) under the team name 
  • Click 'Add contact
  • Enter the email address of the account you wish to keep
  • Click 'Save'
  • Click 'Edit'
  • See the contacts associated with the team profile
  • Click the 'Bin' icon next to the email address or mobile number you wish to remove from the team profile

The team profile will now only be associated with the account you wish to keep. It will no longer show on the account you wish to remove.

Troubleshooting

  • Unable to update my account information
    • Firstly, please ensure the details entered on your account are correct.
    • If the email address or phone number are currently associated with another account, your details will need to be detached from that account before they can be associated with your existing account. See the section on merging two or more accounts above for more information
    • If you still need assistance, please contact our support team directly (providing the email address and/or phone number you currently use on Teamer, and the email address and/or phone number you wish to use).
  • Unable to merge my accounts
    • This process requires accuracy and precision. You first need to access the account you don't wish to keep, then move the team profile(s) to the account you wish to keep.
    • If you still need assistance, please contact our support team directly (providing the email address and/or phone number you currently use on Teamer, and the email address and/or phone number you wish to use).
