  • Enter your details and click 'Register

Once you have registered an account, you can see any teams your account is already linked to, or create a new team.

Create a team

You can easily create a team to manage it on Teamer. You should only create the team if you're an organiser of the team.

If you're a member looking to join a team, you should contact the admin so they can add you as a member.

Step-by-step guide:

  • Log into your account via teamer.net
  • Click 'Dashboard
  • Click 'Create a new team
  • Enter your team's information
  • Click 'Create team

Please note:

Ensure you create the team within the correct country/address if you try to invite members not located within this country they will not be able to join.

Join a team

All teams on Teamer are private, they are not available to the public. To join a team, you need to have been added by an admin of the team, or be sent an invite from an admin.

For more information, please view the "Manage teams linked to a Teamer account" here.

Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

  • Unable to register an account due to email address or phone number in use
    • Your phone number of email address are unique identifiers and can only be associated with one Teamer user account.
    • If your details are already in use, try logging into Teamer with those details and continue using that account. Alternatively, you can remove the account if it's no longer required. Once removed, you can register a new account with your details.
    • If you need more assistance, contact our support team directly (providing the email address and/or phone number that you are trying to use).
