Teamer Premium

Overview

Teamer Premium is a subscription that removes third-party advertisements from your team page. This applies to the whole team and not an individual. 

We also credit the team with 50 SMS credits per month, these can be used to send notifications to members who don't use an email address or the Teamer app.

Teamer Premium is paid securely via bank card with the payment provider, Stripe. There isn't another method available to pay for Teamer Premium 

Subscribe to Teamer Premium

An admin of team can manage the team's Teamer Premium subscription via the team page using a web browser. There isn't an option to manage the Teamer Premium subscription using the mobile app.

Using a web browser

Step-by-step guide: 

• Go to your team page 
• Click 'Members'
• Click your name 
• Click 'Go Premium' 
• Enter your payment information and agree to the T&Cs 
• Click 'Pay' 

Cancel Teamer Premium

An admin of team can manage the team's Teamer Premium subscription via the team page using a web browser. There isn't an option to manage the Teamer Premium subscription using the mobile app.

Step-by-step guide: 

• Go to your team page 
• Click 'Members'
• Click your name 
• Click 'Manage Premium'  
• Click 'Unsubscribe' and confirm you wish to cancel your subscription. 

Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

• The team doesn't have a bank card
  • The only method of payment available for Teamer Premium is a bank card via Stripe. If the team doesn't have a bank card, a team admin can pay with their card and get the payments reimbursed by the team/club.
