Respond to an event invite

This article provides information on how to respond to an event prompt

Quick links:

Overview

By default, all members of the team are available for upcoming events. The admin can manually mark a member as unavailable for specific dates (e.g. because the member is on holiday).

While all members can see upcoming events, the admin(s) of the team should enter a team for the event so members know if they have been selected or not.

If selected, the member should get a notification to respond to the event invite (to accept or decline it).

    • Events and event invites are managed by the admin(s) of the the team. If you cannot see an event invite to respond to, it could imply an admin has yet to select the team or has yet to send notifications to the selected members.
    • We would advise you to contact an admin of the team directly for guidance.
