# Create a team

## This article provides information on creating a new team on Teamer

### Overview

It's great that you are looking to use Teamer. Teamer is a simple, easy-to-use platform for single teams.

If you haven't used Teamer before, go to [teamer.net](https://teamer.net/) to get started.

If you have a Teamer account, go to [teamer.net](https://teamer.net/) and login. You should then see your existing team(s) and the option to create a new team.

**Tips**:

- Teamer is for standalone teams. If your club has multiple teams, you can manage them all in one place using [Pitchero](https://www.pitchero.com/).
- If your team is already listed on Teamer, you do not need to create a new team. Instead, you need to ask an existing admin of the team to add you as a member and/or admin.

### Create a team

#### Using a web browser

Step-by-step guide:

- Log into your account via [teamer.net](http://teamer.net/?__hstc=233546881.5d280e19e1a50580d211a61de77ba3a4.1571840238943.1578653756372.1578916763844.34&__hssc=233546881.1.1578916763844&__hsfp=160976216)
- Click '**Dashboard**'
- Click '**Create a new team**'
- Enter your team's information
- Click '**Create team**'

**Please note**:

Ensure you create the team within the correct country/address if you try to invite members not located within this country they will not be able to join. 

### Troubleshooting
