Overview

Teamer is a secure platform that is only available to members that have been invited to join by their admin. To user Teamer, you need to have a registered account with secure login credentials.

Login to Teamer

Using the mobile app

Step-by-step guide:

  • Load the Teamer app on your phone
  • Enter your email address and password
  • Tap "Login"
  • You should then see the team(s) that your account is linked to

Once you are logged into your account on the mobile, a login token should be stored so you don't need to login to your account each time you need to use the app.

From time-to-time, the login token may expire (e.g. if you haven't used the Teamer app in a while or there is an app update that requires you to login in again).

Using a web browser

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to teamer.net
  • Click 'Login'
  • Enter your email address or phone number
  • Enter your password
  • Click 'Login
  • You should then see the team(s) that your account is linked to

Once you are logged into your account, you should remain logged in during your browser session. If you close the browser, you may be required to login again. 

Reset password

Using the mobile app

Step-by-step guide:

  • Load the Teamer app on your phone
  • Tap "Forgotten password?"
  • Enter your email address or phone number
  • Tap "Continue"

A prompt should be sent with instructions to set a new secure password on your account in a web browser.

Once you have set a new password, you should be able to access your account again.

Using a web browser

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to teamer.net
  • Click 'Login
  • Click 'Forgot your password?
  • Enter your email address or mobile number
  • Click 'Submit'

A prompt should be sent with instructions to set a new secure password on your account.

Once you have set a new password, you should be able to access your account again.

Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

  • Unable to login
    • Please ensure your details have been entered correctly. The credentials are case-sensitive.
    • You can reset your password via the login screen. Follow the instructions in the email/text to set a new password on your account.
    • If your account has had too many failed login attempts, your account may be locked. You can unlock your account by completing a password reset.
